You get the best of both worlds, working in a vibrant group environment with a maximum of 6 per group, and the closest to a Personal Training session without the premium price tag!
ACTIVE GROUP FIT TRAINING

Our heart rate based training method takes all the guesswork out and promises results. Our workouts keep you in the optimal calorie burning zone – called the ORANGE ZONE.
For every minute you stay in the orange zone you achieve a MOVE POINT. We track the MOVE POINTS that you have accrued and helps us to track how well your performance and possible results are.
