One on One Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching Session
✔️ Focus on technique, strength, mobility, or testing
✔️ Refine your movements based on your goals

 ✔️ Nutritional goal setting + strategy to match your lifestyle
✔️ Simple, actionable focus points for your nutritional intake tailored to your challenge

 

Mid-Challenge Workshops

🧖City Cave Crows Nest Infrared Sauna Experience
Unwind and reset in a full-body recovery session that supports detox, sleep, and stress.

🧘‍♂️Stretch Lab Crows Nest Mobility Workshop
A guided workshop to enhance flexibility, reduce injury risk, and move better.

 

Ongoing Support

✔️ Weekly or ad hoc check-ins to keep you on track
✔️ Visual tracking board inside the gym to celebrate progress
✔️ Full access to your team when you need a reset, re-focus, or pep talk

 

Week 8 – Completion

Final InBody Scan at GFT:
📍 Scan Day: Friday 31st Oct,  5am - 7:30pm
Compare data, see how far you’ve come, and celebrate the wins.

End-of-Challenge Consultation

Whether it is how you start or end your week, these sessions run every Sunday morning at 9am.
