What do I actually get for $11/day?

This isn’t your average “big box” gym. You’re getting coached, not left on your own.
It’s real coaching, real structure — and the closest thing to a PT without the inflated price tag.

Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes — and we mean that. Every member gets a movement assessment so we know how to coach you. Our programming is progressive and scalable, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

Do I have to be fit to start?
No. You just have to start. We’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to ex-athletes. The only thing that matters is that you show up.
​
How big are the classes?
We cap our classes to make sure you’re coached properly. You’re not just a number — you get seen, corrected, and supported every session.

What’s the difference between Strength & Conditioning and Semi-Private Training?
Semi-Private Training is small groups of 6, highly personalised attention, regular check-ins, and accountability. It’s perfect if you want more precision or support at a steady pace.
​
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions always begin with our Conventional lifts or their variations. The second half of the class are different formats of strength based conditioning which are all also progressively programmed.
​
What if I have an injury?
That’s what sets us apart — we adapt. With movement assessments and rehab-aware programming, you’ll train smart and safe, even in a group environment.

What are your operating hours?
Our gym is open from 5am to 7.30pm Monday to Thurs, 5am to 6.30pm on Friday, 7am to 9am on Saturday & 9am to 10am on Sunday. Our Semi Private Training and Strength & Conditioning Sessions run concurrently through the week. Check out our timetable for all the session times!

What are the goals for GFT clients?
We have 3 goals for our clients:
1. Get them strong - There is nothing more empowering than increasing what your body is capable of at any age or stage!
2. Learn a skill - When you dedicate yourself to a skill, you focus less on what your body looks like and more on what it can do! It is a liberating mind shift that creates an incredible level of self confidence.
3. Be pain free - Life is way too short to let aches, niggles and injuries stop you from living your best life. Improve your quality of movement and in turn, increase your quality of life.
